
Museum of the Western Han Dynasty Mausoleum of the Nanyue King
The mausoleum was discovered in 1983 beneath a peak of Xianggangshan Hill and determined to be the tomb of the King Zhao Mo of the Nanyue Kingdom (204-112BC) of the Western Han Dynasty. It’s nominated by China’s State Administration of Cultural Heritage as major witness to the ancient Maritime Silk Road.
