Autonomous minibus service now available between Baiyun Airport T3 and Gaozeng Metro Station

Recently, the autonomous driving demonstration route linking Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and Gaozeng Metro Station has officially opened. The route is now in trial operation, and passengers can ride for free.
The minibuses run between the East Coach Station at Terminal 3 of Baiyun Airport and the Bus Terminal at Gaozeng Metro Station, with a maximum capacity of 6 passengers per vehicle. Operating hours are 9 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.-5 p.m., with departures every 30 minutes and a one-way trip taking about 17 minutes.
To ensure passenger safety, every autonomous vehicle is staffed with an onboard safety operator who can take over control immediately in an emergency. A remote safety control platform has also been established to monitor vehicle operations in real time, allowing passengers to travel with peace of mind.
