China's first homegrown large cruise ship debuts GBA international route

Adora Magic City, the first large cruise ship built in China, set sail from Shenzhen's Shekou Cruise Homeport on August 13 with nearly 4,600 guests aboard, kicking off a five-day, four-night voyage to Chan May, Vietnam.
This marks the vessel's first international cruise operation in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and signals Adora Cruises' official launch of China coastal cruises in the region.
Adora Flora City, China's second homegrown large cruise ship, is scheduled for delivery on November 6 and will make its maiden voyage from Guangzhou's Nansha International Cruise Homeport on November 22.
"We aim to bring high-quality cruise vacations closer to GBA residents, allowing them to embark on world-class journeys right from their doorstep. The Greater Bay Area is a key growth engine for China's cruise industry and a vital bridge connecting us to the global market."
