A new e-hailing pick-up point at Gate 72 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport's Terminal 3 has been in trial operation since May 21. 

The e-hailing zone is located just outside Gate 72 on Level 1 of T3. It is about a 50-meter walk for domestic arrivals and 150 meters for international arrivals. Its convenient location allows passengers to travel more efficiently and save time. 

The area features 21 dedicated parking spaces, each equipped with an electronic display showing the corresponding e-hailing vehicle's license plate number in real time. Travelers can easily check the vehicle information from the waiting area, ensuring a smooth and efficient pick-up process.

How to choose your pick-up spot?

Passengers remaining in the restricted area or already at the Transportation Center are advised to head to the P12 pick-up zone for rides.

Passengers who have left the restricted area but have not yet entered the Transportation Center can go directly to Gate 72 e-hailing pick-up point.

When to order a ride?

Vehicles can only stop briefly at Gate 72. Please do not request your ride until you have reached the pick-up point.

Can I make a reservation at Gate 72?

The Gate 72 pick-up point does not accept reservations. Passengers needing an advance booking are advised to use the P12 pick-up area at the Transportation Center.
