Residents and tourists can sample delicacies from across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in one stop. Offerings include classic Guangdong foods such as double-skin milk, a Cantonese dessert custard made from milk, egg whites and sugar, and cold fish skin, as well as creative Cantonese-inspired dishes such as Char Siu, or Cantonese barbecued pork, hamburgers. Teochew-style seafood, American beef, Japanese ramen and a durian zone add to the culinary celebration.
