On March 15, Guangzhou Mayor Sun Zhiyang extended this invitation to global talents at the opening ceremony of the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" spring job fair, held at the Canton Fair Complex.
Dubbed Guangdong's "strongest spring recruitment," the two-day event brought together nearly 2,000 employers offering over 85,000 positions — drawing huge crowds of graduates from across the country.
This year, Guangdong continues to roll out the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative. Building on last year's success of attracting over 1.1 million college graduates to work and start businesses in the province, Guangdong aims to bring in another 1 million or more this year.
