A solo exhibition by artist Jin Cheng is now on view, displaying over 60 of his acrylic, watercolor, and ink works from his representative series since 2020. The show centers on his signature subjects: kitties and ladies.

Jin skillfully blends the minimalist aesthetics of Western masters like Matisse with the traditional Chinese ink painting wisdom of "leaving blank space." He outlines the graceful contours of women with fluid, distinctive lines, while rendering the mysterious agility of cats through subtle gradations of ink.
