Get ready for an unforgettable encounter with the world of the Pharaohs! The blockbuster exhibition "A Gift of the Nile — Ancient Egyptian Artifacts and Digital Art Experience" is set to open on February 6 at the Nanyue King Museum in Guangzhou.

Running through October 11, 2026, this spectacular showcase brings ancient Egypt to life through three immersive layers: rare artifacts, digital technology, and contemporary art.

Organizers have just unveiled the first highlights: visitors can expect to see everything from a 4,000-year-old sacrificial inventory and 3,000-year-old deity statues to mummies and official sculptures — turning the pages of history books into tangible reality.

The exhibition features 206 precious artifacts, organized into five thematic chapters:

Land of the Gods • Kingship and Rule • Writing and Communication • Daily Life and Beauty • The Journey of Life

Through digital installations and works by contemporary young artists, the show creates a cross-temporal symphony of civilizations, bridging China and Egypt, the ancient and the modern, the physical and the virtual.

Don't miss your chance to walk through the sands of time.
