The "2025 Content Creator Carnival" kicked off on October 28 at the Guangzhou Cultural & Arts Centre. The event focused on policy support, industrial collaboration, and cultural innovation, unveiling Guangdong's first comprehensive policy package to support content creators. Various districts in Guangzhou also presented substantial policy incentives, issuing an "open call for talents" to creators worldwide.
