As the 138th Canton Fair is underway, Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Ferry Terminal, only 5-minute walk from the Canton Fair Complex Zone B, has rolled out a number of newly upgraded services to make attending Canton Fair smooth and effortless.

Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Ferry Terminal is located in Haizhu district, Guangzhou, adjacent to the Canton Fair Complex.

More Pazhou-HK Airport round-trip ferry services

The number of round-trip ferry on the Pazhou ⇌ Hong Kong International Airport route is increased from the original "three inbound and three outbound" to "four inbound and four outbound" during Canton Fair from October 11 to November 10, in order to meet the growing demand of business travelers and tourists for ferry services.

The ferry originally scheduled to depart from Pazhou to Hong Kong International Airport at 5:30 p.m. daily will be adjusted to depart at 6 p.m..

The ferry originally scheduled to depart from Hong Kong International Airport to Pazhou at 3:30 p.m. daily will be adjusted to depart at 3 p.m..

Badge application

Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, passengers can directly apply for a Buyer's Badge at the service counter on the third floor. Waiting time is reduced to just 15 minutes during peak hours.

Dedicated express channel

Exclusive channels for Canton Fair purchasers are set up, supported by a multilingual service team. Foreign purchasers can use the "Fast Track" for smart inspection, which could make customs clearance 30% more efficient.

Visa on arrival

Temporary Port Visa Service: During the 138th Canton Fair (October 10-November 11, 2025), the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau will temporarily provide port visa services at the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Ferry Terminal. It will issue corresponding visas to foreigners holding relevant Canton Fair invitation documents. Eligible Hong Kong and Macao residents will also be issued a single-entry Exit-Entry Permit for the PRC valid for three months, and eligible Taiwan residents will be issued a single-entry Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident valid for three months.
