The Taigucang One project has recently passed its final planning inspection, marking the imminent launch of this highly anticipated cultural-tourism-commercial complex centered on port heritage.

As a key relic of Guangzhou's industrial past and urban memory, Taigucang Wharf was originally built in 1904 by the British Swire Group. Later nationalized and operated by Guangzhou Port Group, it is now a recognized brand and a national AAA-grade tourist attraction.

Taigucang One preserves the wharf's industrial character while integrating traditional elements such as red-brick walls and sloped roofs. The project comprises seven standalone block-style commercial buildings, complemented by three modern towers inspired by the "sail" motif, creating a distinctive riverside skyline where old and new coexist in harmony.

Upon completion, Taigucang One will join the existing front-warehouse cluster to form an integrated cultural-tourism-commercial destination spanning approximately 100,000 square meters. It is poised to become a new urban landmark showcasing Guangzhou's vibrant port culture and enhancing the city's image.
