The Guangzhou International Community Sport Festival was held on September 27, lighting up the city's Liede international neighborhood and serving as a lively prelude to the upcoming 15th National Games.

The event featured not only fun challenges like vertical jump and ring toss, but also immersive experiences in the intangible cultural heritage of Lingnan, including lion dance, martial arts, and TCM acupuncture.

"Sports are cool! I love sports and I really enjoy living here," said Hadi Tehseen, a Pakistani boy and daily football and badminton player in the community.

Umberto Naddei, an Italian entrepreneur and 25-year Guangzhou resident, echoed the sentiment. "Living here is absolutely fantastic," he remarked.

Also taking the stage was Rafael, a Chilean doctoral student at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, who performed Kung Fu, a practice he sees as a bridge to Chinese culture. He plans to promote both TCM and martial arts back in Chile, sharing their unique appeal with a wider audience.
