Calling all anime fans! A global tour exhibition with over 1,600 pieces of original drawings from more than 100 classic animated IPs is now open at the Grandview Museum of Natural Science, Tianhe district of Guangzhou.
From renowned Japanese animations to Chinese classics, the exhibition features one-of-a-kind pieces from the celluloid animation era and precious digital production manuscripts, showcasing the development of animation creation.

All these pieces were selected by the organizer, who spent seven years gathering from collectors, animation studios, and cultural institutions across more than 20 countries worldwide.

At this stop, you can find the newly added cel animation of 'Magical King Granzort' — a fantasy super robot anime television series that aired from 1989 — and the very first debut of 'Hitman Reborn!' original drawings.
You'll also get an up-close look at classic IPs like 'Crayon Shin-chan', 'Chibi Maruko-chan', 'Doraemon', as well as Chinese favorites like 'Lotus Lantern' and 'The Adventures of Little Carp'. It's a nostalgic journey back to childhood!
Plus, there's a special hands-on zone where visitors can try drawing storyboard drafts and experience a core part of the animation production process.
