In the near future, tourists are expected to see the beautiful marine creatures at the Baiyun International Airport's T3 terminal, which is currently under construction.
According to a bidding announcement, an aquarium will be set up at the comprehensive traffic center in T3 terminal, and fish tanks will be placed at T3's garden. Furthermore, a platform will be provided for travelers to have a closer look at coral reefs.

So far, there are two plans for fish stocking. Plan One encompasses 14 species such as lemon sharks, leopard sharks, nurse sharks, yellow stingrays, and black stingrays, with a total number exceeding 2,100. And seven species can reach a body length of 1 meter or more, among which the largest nurse shark can reach up to 2.5 meters in length.
The other plan is to release16 species of fish, such as golden trevally, milkfish, golden pomfret, leopard sharks, yellow stingrays, and black stingrays, with a total number exceeding 4,600. Five species concerning this plan can reach a length of 1 meter or more, with the largest one being the leopard shark, measuring up to 1.8 meters.
The comprehensive traffic center in T3 terminal has one underground floor and two above-ground floors, serving as a hub for passengers arriving at and departing from T3 terminal to transfer to various modes of transportation, including inter-city railway, subway, high-speed railway, buses, and private cars, etc..
