As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, the "Guangfu Yuehua Dream" Mid-Autumn Fair has officially kicked off on the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street. Running from September 9 to September 15, the event features various engaging cultural activities and a charming ancient-style marketplace. Both locals and visitors can immerse themselves in the Guangfu culture in a fun and relaxing way while strolling down Beijing Lu, contributing to the preservation and promotion of outstanding traditional Chinese culture.

The fair is centered around Guangfu culture, with one of the main attractions being the "Nanyue Shopkeeper Challenge." This game, inspired by the history of the Nanyue Kingdom and the classic board game Monopoly, creatively blends offline ancient-style fair settings with strategic gameplay.

Interactive sections have been set up along Beijing Lu, Grandbuy (Beijing Lu branch), and Xihu Lu Square, where participants can engage in business investment and strategic planning activities. These challenges test their wisdom and decision-making skills, offering them a chance to experience the excitement of ancient trade.

The event will also partner with "Nanfeng Market" and "Guangzhou in Intangible Cultural Heritage" to offer visitors the opportunity to try their hand at traditional handicrafts such as Chaozhou embroidery and lacquer fans, showing the unique charm of Guangfu culture through these experiences.

A key feature of the event is the ancient-style marketplace, which transforms the modern Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street into a lively scene reminiscent of ancient city markets. The marketplace offers a wide range of exquisite handmade crafts and authentic local snacks. Visitors can also participate in traditional games such as cuju (ancient Chinese football), touhu (pitch-pot), and the "Animal Gathering" game, allowing them to experience the leisure activities of ancient times.

In addition, the event boasts an array of captivating performances, including bamboo flute music, guzheng performances, and classical Chinese dance, offering audiences a delightful blend of visual and auditory enjoyment, bridging the gap between the past and the present. To entertain the participants and improve their engagement, a stamp collection activity has been introduced, where participants complete specific tasks and challenges to collect stamps to unlock hidden rewards and surprises while capturing unforgettable moments along their journey.

Looking ahead, Beijing Lu will continue to host more interactive cultural and tourism-themed events like "Guangfu Yuehua Dream," aiming to elevate both visitor experience and consumption while driving the high-quality development of the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street.
