The official concept video of the 2024 Asian Cuisine Festival Guangzhou was launched last week, generated by AI technology for the first time.

The video magically integrates the distinctive food and landmarks of different Asian countries together, revealing how food, as a universal language of mankind, travels across time and space to connect and facilitate communication among civilizations.

Supported by Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau and Guangzhou Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, and organized by Guangzhou Guang Yue Culture Development Co., Ltd and Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Cantonese Food Industry Development, the Asian Cuisine Festival Guangzhou is in its fifth edition this year. It is dedicated to promoting Cantonese cuisine, Chinese food, and delicacies from other parts of Asia.

Running from May to August this year, the festival has attracted many renowned restaurants and catering brands in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to participate, and invited industry experts, gourmets and social media influencers to a series of tasting events at restaurants.

The festival’s most important event, the Asian Landmark Cuisine Industry Conference will be held on August 30 at the InterContinental Guangzhou Exhibition Center, during which the highly-anticipated list of 2024 Asian Landmark Cuisine will be released.
