With the temperature surging high, many people in Guangzhou share the feeling of being melted by the scorching sun as they step outside.
According to local meteorological observatory, the weather in Guangzhou is forecast to remain sunny and hot with scattered showers in the following days, in a stable condition before any typhoon occurs.
Despite the heat, many people are pleased to enjoy the clear blue sky with white clouds, which can easily make up a perfect picture that needs no filter.

Tips for sun protection in hot summer days:
1. Avoid sunbathing between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., a period with the highest level of ultraviolet radiation;
2. Apply sunscreen to any exposed skin areas 15-20 minutes before you go out, and reapply every two to three hours;
3. When conducting outdoor activities, wear sun protective clothing, sunglasses, hats or hold an umbrella. The hat brim is suggested to be above 7.5 centimeters wide so as to offer greater shade from the sun.
