The 2023 Guangzhou filming locations list was recently announced, with four scenic spots in Haizhu district selected — namely Haizhu National Wetland Park, the Guangzhou Culture Center, Haixin Bridge and the Party Pier Beer Culture and Creative Art Zone (琶醍啤酒文化创意艺术区).
 
The 1,100-hectare Haizhu National Wetland Park in the southeast of the district — located in Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province — has created a beautiful habitat where hundreds of bird species coexist with the bustling city.
 
As of June 2023, the number of bird species in the Haizhu National Wetland Park had increased from 72 to 190, while the number of insect species had increased from 42 to 738. In December 2022, it became the first wetland park in China to be included in the IUCN Green List.

The Guangzhou Culture Center is widely said to be an urban "living room" with typical Lingnan ecological characteristics, aiming to create a city space for public cultural activities. The center covers an area of about 142,000 square meters, ranking first of its kind countrywide.
 
Haixin Bridge is the first pedestrian bridge across the Pearl River in Guangzhou. This curved-girder and cable-stayed bridge spans 198 meters of water, with a total length of 488 meters and a width of 15 meters. It won the Outstanding Pedestrian Bridge award from the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE) in 2022.

The Party Pier Beer Culture and Creative Art Zone is a creative art zone transformed from the original facilities of the Pearl River Brewery along the river. It is identified as a landmark of Guangzhou's night economy, providing a gathering place for restaurants, bars, night clubs and space for public activities, as well as for night shopping.
