The Argentinian Tango originated in the slums of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The dance is sexy and intimate, different from standard international tangos. Because of its background, the Argentinian Tango is often set to songs whose theme is sadness, homesickness and loneliness, with an integrated airiness revealing hope and ambition.
Formed in 2005, the Tango Fire Group of Buenos Aires will now arrive in Guangzhou after a six-year world tour. Ten dancers in the group make up five couples. They create their dancing parts individually, which shows the freedom spirit of Argentina Tango.
