Global hotel brand Hilton recently brings a new food and beverage concept "VIVA" to its Foshan estate.
VIVA experience is to refill traditional diet with trendy food concept and to bring traditional food a new look by remaining the food’s culture essence. "The VIVA experience could be a kind of distinctive taste, an impressive food landscape, outstanding service or the hilarious atmosphere," according to Grace Lau, general manager of Hilton Foshan. "The core of VIVA experience is to create dining trend - be delighted in food and lifestyle."
Black Truffle and Fish Maw Soup is one of signature cuisine to express the VIVA experience. It well integrates classic Chinese tea into the dish to refine the food taste.
Another signature cuisine is Beggar's Chicken (Baked Chicken in Lotus Leaf). This is a popular cuisine in China; Hilton works out new cooking technique and uses its own ingredients. The chicken is completely wrapped in hull made of clay.
