Make-Your-Own Pizza Restaurant Opens in Baiyun District
Unlike at most other restaurants, where customers can only order selections off the menu, diners at OK Pizza can select the crusts, toppings and cheeses they like to create their own pizzas.

A new American-style pizza restaurant, OK Pizza, opened in Baiyun district on January 10. Unlike at most other restaurants, where customers can only order selections off the menu, diners at OK Pizza can select the crusts, toppings and cheeses they liketo createtheir own pizzas.

OK Pizza belongs to the American chain, Pizza Studio, and the cooking equipment is imported from the United States, according to the restaurant manager Li Gaorui.


The restaurant is a real paradise for pizza’s fans. Two size pies, 9-inch or 12-inch, can be chosen.The crust and cheese are the soul of a pizza and determine where it’s tasty or not,so OK Pizza imports crust and cheese from the United State, Li said.Also, over 35 toppings, including more than 15 meats, 15 veggies and American cheese, can be selected without any quantity limitation. Salad is the perfect match with pizza. The restaurant services a salad buffet where all vegetables and fruits are organic, and people also can pick the salad without any limitation.



Apart from pizza, roast chicken wings, garlic bread, spaghetti, garlic mussels, double cheese cake and cheese tarts also are available. If there are too many pizza choices and snacks for you to make a choice, the restaurant offers five set meals to help make it easier for you.
