SAKURA FUNKY FEAST - I BY INAGIKU

With cherry blossoms blowing in the wind, this is an especially romantic time of the year. Soft petals are a sign of the awakening of nature and symbolize that beauty is momentary. Inspired by the these themes of spring, chef I By Inagiku is offering an artful Sakura collection from March 16 through April 30, blending the sweetness of cherry blossoms into refreshing and nourishing feasts.

A perfect cocktail for springtime sipping, sake gives this Sakura cocktail its flavor, while a dash of strawberry imparts a cherry blossom hue. Beautiful translucent flowers slowly uncurl and dance around the cocktail glasses as tiny bubbles adhere to their pale pink gossamer.
