Are you in the mood for drinking excellent beer in Guangzhou but find it just too expensive in bars and restaurants? Mr. and Mrs. Strand met the same problem in Guangzhou. So, the clever couple found out a unique way to solve the problem and began crafting their own hand-made beer.
Mr. and Mrs. Strand met in the USA and after traveling around America, they came to Guangzhou to embark on a new adventure. Mr. Strand now is an English teacher in Guangdong University of Business Studies. He has a busy schedule, and after a hard day's work he would brew beer to relax. To realize the dream of making craft beer, materials and machines are needed. The road is tough, but the mellow beer they have created makes it all worthwhile.
The pair rent a small warehouse to keep the material and machines near their school. They only use Xinjiang-grown hops and Shangdong-kilned barley and wheat. As their making beer workshop is quite small, they only need a few materials. Many factories refused their small order because it would cause many trouble during transit and packing.
Initially, the only machines they could find in the market were too huge and of a high price. They weren't fit for workshops and were designed for larger breweries. The couple had to buy basic equipment and transformed them by themselves into beer-making instruments.
The varieties they create are American Pale Ale, American Porter and Belgian Blond Ale, which have a totally distinct taste. You can buy the fine craft beer by taste, pint and growler.
