Check Out for Children, UNICEF Charity Event
On September 2, Westin Guangzhou will convert one of its ballrooms into a flea market. The event is organized in conjunction with UNICEF to raise funds benefiting children around the world through the organizations efforts.

For one night, and for the good of children around the world, Westin Guangzhou will convert one of its ballrooms into a flea market. The event is organized in conjunction with UNICEF, or the United Nations Children's Fund, to raise funds benefiting children around the world through the organizations efforts.

The event will include second-hand goods auction, sales and cash donations. Enjoy shopping for interesting artwork and daily necessities from around the world, all in the name of a good cause. Participants will include members from some of Guangzhou's consulates, commercial chambers and top 500 world enterprises.



Children ages 8 to 10 are welcome to join the volunteer team, assisting guest's reception as well as concessions and gift sales. Those who are interested can sign up by emailing ulife@ulifeclub.com (Please include your name, nationality, height, photo and contact ext.)

UNICEF has been involved with Starwood Hotels and Resorts for 16 years. Through "Check Out for Children" the group has collected over 7.5 million USD for the fund in the Asia-Pacific region.
