RoboCup Opens This Saturday

The 2010 Robot World Cup Soccer Games (RoboCup) Junior China Competition is to commence from March 18 to 21 in the Affiliated Middle School of Guangzhou University on the city's Huanghua Road. 500 competitors from middle and primary schools of Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangshu, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Hong Kong and Macau are going to show their self-made robot in the arena. 14 winner teams from the total 178 are going to join the Singapore final on behalf of China in this June.

This world class robotics competition first came to China in 2008.
