Six Projects Bring an RMB 22.8 Billion Investment to Conghua City

Conghua City has advantaged ecological tourism resources.

On December 7th, Conghua City held a tourism promotion event named "Capital of Hot Springs, Ecological Conghua". Six projects were introduced to celebrate the signing ceremony at the promotion site with the total investment amount hitting RMB 22.8 billion.

The promotion projects in Conghua City include 5 categories and 17 tourism projects including leisure ecology, hot springs, health preservation and high-end commerce, rural style, agricultural sightseeing and cultural creativity.

At the promotion site, leaders of the Conghua CPC Commission and the Conghua Government signed a contract with the Guangzhou Butterfly Valley Investment Co., Ltd., and another five investors, on the six projects for the Guangzhou Butterfly Valley Forest Park, Gaoyang International Commercial Plaza, the Conghua Palm Holiday Hotel, an Innovation Development Demonstration Base of Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica, the Guangzhiou/Conghua Ani-Comic Industrial Park and the Agile Hot Springs Hotel.

In recent years, Conghua has been capitalizing on local characteristics and encouraging farmers to develop the "farm tourism" project, attracting citizens from Guangzhou City and the surrounding areas to enjoy the relaxing rural atmosphere of Conghua. Conghua City also plans to start the "Conghua Farm Tourism Circle" project within a radius of 50 kilometers in the near future.
