More than 60, 000 visitors swarmed into the Pazhou Convention Center in Guangzhou for the Guangzhou Auto Expo on Friday, its first public day, about 20% more than the day before.

The Pavilion 3.1 for luxury vehicles was the most crowded, especially the places of Bentley, Roll Royce, Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini.

Some upscale autos worthy of over 1 million Yuan have been ordered. A non-Guangdonger businessman bought a Bentley for 3.78 million Yuan while a Cantonese man took a white Hammer H6 for 2.98 million.

The world's only one luxury bus that the U.S. President Bush Jr. was ever on during the G8 summit is shown at the event. Its price is 5 million Yuan.

It is the first public holiday during the auto show today. Large crowds will visit the event. About 4,000 temporary parking places near the venue are prepared, and shuttle buses are arranged in each 5 minutes.

Some scalpers sell the tickets of 40 Yuan for 50 yuan at the Pazhou metro station. In fact it only took no longer than 5 minutes to buy a ticket at the ticketing box at the Pazhou Complex Friday.
