The 2008 Guangdong International Tourism and Culture Festival, together with the PPRD (Pan Pearl River Delta) Tourism Promotion Convention, will be held from November 28 to December 4, according to a press conference held by the Guangzhou Municipal Government News Office.

This year, as the main venue of the festival, Guangzhou city has set aside thirty locations for various events, including a gourmet food festival. After spending the day enjoying local gourmet delicacies, participants are encouraged to take a lovely night cruise on the illustrious Pearl River.
