Lime Juice, 7Up, Soda, Cola, Ice Cubes, Sweet Vermouth, Gingle Ale... What would these beverages be if they were put together by a bartender? The answer is a brilliant cocktail.

The "Nantian Wholesale Market Cup" Guangzhou Cocktail Competition hosted by the Guangzhou Tourism Administration, Guangzhou Western Food Association and the Guangzhou Hotels Association was launched on Wednesday. 64 young bartenders from 23 star-level hotels as well as several tourism schools and institutes took part in the competition.

At the end of the competition, a cocktail making flair double performance followed the 64 individual talented shows had drawn massive of applauses.

The Cocktail Competition is a part of the "Welcome Asian Games, Excellent Guangzhou Service" Guangzhou Hotels Industry Service Skills Contest, which is to give a warm welcome to the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.
