Foreigners in Guangzhou Guided as Floating Population

More and more foreigners come to Guangzhou in recent years. All the foreigners dwelling in Guangzhou will be supervised as floating population according to the newly-launched Regulations on the Administration of Floating Population in Guangzhou. The Regulations will be put into force starting from August 18 this year.

Those who keep a certification of temporary resident could enjoy beneficial policies as follows:

Apply Driver’s License;
Apply Legal Aid;
Declare scientific and technological achievements;
Take healthy check for free according to the Chinese Family Planning Policy;
Join the social insurance;
Use public facilities
Children could take a free immunity and health care service
