Guangzhou Launches Direct Flights to UAE

Following Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, on July 1st, 2008, Guangzhou would become the fourth city where Emirates operates direct flights to the United Arab Emirates. The major business of flights is cargo transport (about 350 tons per month) operated by SkyCargo under Emirates.

Emirates recently announced operation of a direct flight (EK362/363) from Guangzhou to Dubai, six flights a week except on Saturdays. The Airbus A330-222 would be available for the flight.

With the operation of the direct flight to Guangzhou. Emirates could provide 48 flights to China per week.
