As a result of cooperation between the Guangdong Nanhu International Travel Service Co., Ltd and Hurtigruten ASA, a Norwegian company running a travel business and passenger transport, polar tours can be available for ordinary citizens.

The tour consists of four routes, that is, a journey to Greenland in May, a journey to Spitsbergen in July, a journey between the North Pole and South Pole in September and a journey across the Antarctic Circle for penguins next January. Of all the journeys, the third is the longest. Travellers would spend 67 days visiting 44 seaports in 17 countries.

Journey to Greenland by luxury passenger liner would launch its first voyage worldwide on May 20th. It would take 20 days with a price of RMB79,999.
