38 Foreigners Awarded ‘Friendship Ambassador’

Guangzhou Friendship Ambassador Award Ceremony and Sister Cities Evening Gala was held at the Garden Hotel, Guangzhou, on the evening of March 14. 38 foreigners were given the award of ‘Friendship Ambassador’ by Guangzhou People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.

Vice Mayor of Guangzhou Chen Mingde, Director of Guangdong Foreign Affairs Office, Fu Lang, attended the award ceremony and granted pennants for foreign friends.

At the Gala, friends from China and foreign countries performed on stage together. Folk-customs from Russia, Indonesia, Africa and traditional Chinese culture were all on view at the party.
