After the restoration of the Wenchangge Scene in 2006, Yuyinshanfang, one of the four most famous gardens in Guangdong located in Nancun, Panyu District would receive over 20 million yuan for the commencement of the Phase II Expansion Project. The project is mainly about building new amenities by capitalizing on the garden buildings of the neighboring government complexes of Nancun. Of these function areas are a distinctive commerce and tourism street, catering facilities and small villas.

Land will be acquired east of Yunyinshanfang for the commencement of the Phase III expansion project. Included in the project are the Panyu Clan Memoriam, Lingnan Painting Memoriam, Bennan Academy, Panyu Folk Art Museum and Haiyun Temple.
