The Third Subway Line to Speed Up Again

The third subway line is subject to speed acceleration once again on December 1st , 2007. The interval between trains will be reduced from 4:25 to 4 minutes. Also, two more trains will be added to the section between the Tianhe Bus Station and Fanyu Plaza to ease rush hour with a reduced running interval. The 9:30 for the running interval between Guangzhou East and Tiyu West remains unchanged.

This is the fifth time that the third line has adjusted its running interval, thus pushing the operation of this line to match that of the first and second line.
