Fedex to Build Its Largest Logistics Center in Guangzhou: AmCham

"Fedex plans to build its largest logistics center worldwide in Guangzhou," AmCham South China President Harley Seyedin revealed during a signing ceremony for a cooperation memorandum held in Mayland International Resort located in Huadu, Guangzhou last Saturday (Sept. 22nd, 2007).

"The new Fedex logistics center located near Baiyun International Airport will definitely bring more foreigners to Guangzhou, and the services for foreign community in this city will be in demand," Harley said.

The Memorandum details the intent of Amcham and Mayland Group Ltd. to work together to provide more value to the international community in Guangzhou. It is said a series of events for the foreigners living in Guangzhou are under discussion.
