The 3rd Golden Dragon Award Original Animation & Comic Competition (OACC) opens today in Guangzhou, which is going to allure many renowned elites in the field of Animation & Comic from both home and abroad.

Schedule of the activities is as follows.

National COSPLAY (Costume Play) Invitation Games

Time: Feb. 4, 14:00-17:30

Add: Guang Lian Li Tang (Guang Lian Hall), No. 17, Lingyuan Xi Rd.

Activity: COSPLAY competition from 14 teams of Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hong Kong and so on to show themselves up on the stage. Famous cartoonist Yuan Junting, Yao Feila and Zhu Letao will make their appearance in the activity.

Awarding Ceremony

Time: Feb. 5, 19:00-20:00

Add: Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall

Activity: More than 100 guests from Australia, France and Japan will walk on the delicate Star Avenue into the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. The Awarding ceremony will be launched at 8 that night and the champion works will be unveiled at the same time.

Animator Forum

Time: Feb. 6

Add: International Banqueting Hall of Guangdong International Hotel

Activity: Famous animators from Japan, France, Hong Kong and mainland China to attend the forum.

Meeting Fans Session

Time: Feb. 6, 13:30-17:30

Add: Guangzhou Book Center

Activity: 20 more animators like Zhu Letao and Yao Feila are to meet their fans.

Renowned Animators Show Their Works

Time: Feb. 7, 9:00-11:30

Add: Yuexiu Mountain

Activity: Renowned Animators from America, France, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and China to show their skills on the Five Goats Plaza for Guangzhou, a city which is developing its Animation & Comic industry.
