Green Channel Opened for Land Used by 82 Key Projects

Land Resources Bureau of Dongguan released a new policy on July 1st to simplify approval procedures for the use of land by 82 important projects.

Under the new policy the construction work for the 82 projects, most concerning people's livelihood, can start before they obtain land using approvals from the bureau.

The bureau said the policy was introduced to ensure the city's GDP growth. But the 82 projects must not violate the state's current land usage regulations.
