AirMedia Gets New Beijing, Shenzhen Contracts

Beijing-based airport and in-flight digital screen advertiser AirMedia Group Inc. (Nasdaq:AMCN) announced on March 13 that it expects total concession fees for all product lines to be at least .3 million in the second quarter of 2009, with new and expected contracts including those recently signed with Beijing Capital International Airport and Shenzhen International Airport.

In Beijing, AirMedia will operate traditional advertising media including billboards and light boxes in 376 locations and digital frames in three baggage claim areas from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2012.

In Shenzhen, AirMedia will operate 90 light boxes in the arrival walkways of two terminals from April 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011. Separately, the company has renewed its contract to operate digital TV screens in Shenzhen International Airport from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011.
