Sour Fruits Linked to Good Health

A 103-year-old woman in Guangdong province recently told local media her secret of longevity.

In addition to maintaining a balanced diet, the centenarian likes to eat sour fruits. She said she could eat more than half a kg of red bayberries at a time.

Her health is still very good.

She has three sons and two daughters who live nearby.
