First Air Parking Lot Appears in Zhuhai

An application of a new parking method is under promotion in Zhuhai city, in South China Guangdong Province. The so-called ‘air parking’ is firstly launched in the city across China.

With an IC card, an empty lot will descend from the top to the ground. After putting your bike into the lot, and swipe the card again, the lot will ascend back to the air. The whole process counts less than one minute.

The new method will save more parking space in the city, and guard the bikes from theft at the same time.

Air parking lot for cars is under planning as well.
