Zhuhai-HK Airport Deal

THE Zhuhai airport is expecting to sign a cooperation pact with Hong Kong airport after the Zhuhai city government recently got a nod from the Ministry of Commerce for the project. 

The Hong Kong airport may rent the facilities of the Zhuhai airport for 20 years before buying its stakes, the Southern Metropolis Daily said. With 6 billion yuan (US0 million) invested by the local government, the Zhuhai airport is far from making efficient use of its facilities with limited passenger and cargo flow.
