Thief Caught Red-handed

A thief is handcuffed by a plain-clothes police officer in Dongmen pedestrian shopping area in Luohu District on Friday. The thief was caught red-handed attempting to snatch a wallet from a woman's handbag. He was taken to Luohu police station.
