According to regulations from "Law of the People's Republic of China on
Road and Traffic Safety" and "Guangdong Road Traffic Safety Ordinance",
as of today, electric bikes and other non-motor vehicles with installed power
settings (excluding those of the handicapped) in Guangzhou (including
Conghua city and Zengcheng city) are prohibited to register and drive on the roads.
