As the reported number of AIDS cases in China increases, a team of anti-AIDS workers have begun to work with high-risk AIDS groups. From April this year, they have appeared in entertainment venues popularizing anti-AIDS knowledge and dispersing free condoms.

At first, the prostitutes joked with the staff when they were told about AIDS education. To make approaching the prostitutes more easy, male staff disguised themselves as clients and learned the prostitutes' jargon. Gradually, more and more prostitutes believed in their campaign and increasingly began to enter the anti-AIDS education classes.
