I. Service description

This service supplies a portable telephone at the user-end adopting wireless access technique in local area, which is an extension of and supplement to local telephone system.

II. Service features

Basically speaking, it has the same functions with fixed wire-line telephone except its personal communications feature and keeps subscriber's secrets well with low radiation and unilateral tariff.

III. Functions of Basic Service in detail

(1) Common Call Service: making voice calls to fixed wire-line telephone, ISDN and mobile phone at local area, home and abroad.

(2) Emergency Call Service: making calls to Emergency Call Center nearby (e.g. 119 fire emergency, 110 police call, 120 ambulance call etc.).

(3) Short Message Service: Subscriber of Wireless Telephone Service may input words and send them to other wireless telephone or mobile phone (which needs interconnection), and receive message from them or 1000 Comprehensive Service Platform and information source transmitted by Short Message Center.
