SMS Fee Lower since January 15th, 2009

Started from January 15th, 2009,  fees for short message between different mobile operators reduced to the same price.

Most of the sending message rates drop to 0.10 yuan each. The fees of some brands like Easyown and Public nevertheless reach 0.15 yuan, while Little Smart Wireless Cityphone 0.08 yuan.
