I live in Bangladesh and i will be coming to china for a holiday and I will buy something from china i was wondering if i can open a debit account in a bank in guangzhou and have some money sent there from here before i reach in Guangzhou.

Maybe you have to check with your local banks if they have cooperation with the Chinese banks.

u can tell your friend in china for open saving account in china and do ATM card the bank is BOC or ICBC that ok , and then you transfer the money to your acc. when you come tell your friend to give u the ATM card ans password, and then change curency to RMB.. Now u can use ATM card for debit or take cash from ATM.... Note: u should to find the friend that u can trust him!!
