Citizens in Guangdong can dial 960166, a service hotline provided by fixed telephones, Xiaolingtong and mobile phone (China Unicom), which is available for asking directions within the province.

The new-launched service covers 7 cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shantou, Yangjiang, Chaozhou, Jieyang and Yunfu.

Information on roads, directions, gardens, plazas and buildings as well as travel tips are covered by the hotline.

Charge: basic phone service charge + 1 yuan/min service charge
