The 'King' of Global Roller Coaster Appears in Guangzhou

News from Guangdong Province reports that the 'king' of the global roller coaster - a vertical roller coaster has settled in the Chimelong Paradise in Guangzhou and will be opened to the public during Spring Festival. It is the first vertical roller coaster introduced to China and is so far the longest vertical one in the world.   
 
As is reported, the track of the entire roller coaster is more than 0.6 mile (1 kilometer) long and the maximum drop height reaches 262 feet (80 meters) which equals a 30-floor odd building. There are three rows of seats which has a total capacity of 30 persons for once. It is said that the maximum speed is 74.6 miles (120 kilometers) per hour. By taking it, visitors will have a try of a unique 90-degree vertical dive and an exciting experience to 'surf' above the water.
